A Viking ship is floated out at Nordfjordeid

Nordfjordeid was in celebratory mood on Saturday, April 27, as Viking ship, Myklebustskipet, was floated out.

Local builders spent three years and employed all their skills to produce the vessel. For the first time in a thousand years, there is once again a Viking ship on Nordfjord.
