We’re off again!
Today’s the day – after the long break due to Corona the Columbus Cruise Center Bremerhaven (CCCB) welcomes the first cruise vessel of the 2021 season.
MS Artania of Phoenix Reisen Bonn leads the way and will be given a very warm welcome.
About 620 passengers are embarking and setting off on its first voyage from Bremerhaven. The processing concept developed jointly by the shipping-line, the authorities and the cruise terminal and its partners is the basis for the smooth arrival of passengers at the terminal using various means of transport. Among other things, it includes the terminal and its premises being accessible only to cruise passengers on departure days. In addition the standard Corona hygiene regulations are in force. Critical zones in the terminal will be subject to even more frequent cleaning and sanitising measures. And for the first time, a new device developed by Steripower will be trialled for the purpose of luggage disinfection.
The whole team at CCCB is looking forward to seeing you again and is extremely pleased about this successful start!
