Ambassador Cruise Line Fam Trip in Honfleur & Normandy

On August 29, we welcomed Ambassador Cruise Line, one of our most regular cruise callers, and 30 travel agents for a fam trip to experience the destination first-hand. Straight from the cruise terminal, our guests took the wheel of iconic French 2CV and headed into the Pays d’Auge countryside, with plenty of laughter along the way ! The journey included a stop at a local farm to taste some of Normandy’s finest produce (cheeses, apple juice and local cider), before returning to Honfleur Terre d’Estuaire for a guided tour of the historic town and its iconic Ste-Catherine’s Church, the largest wooden church in France. The day came to an elegant close with an aperitif in the gardens of La Ferme Saint Siméon***** - Relais & Châteaux overlooking the Seine Estuary and the ship in the distance. For travel advisors and experience planners, famtrips are about much more than discovering a destination. They are about living the experience themselves, meeting local partners, understanding what makes a shore excursion special and being able to recommend authentic and memorable experiences to their clients with first-hand knowledge.
