Cruise tourism is estimated to contribute €17 million to the local economy of Cork, with onshore spending averaging at €81 per passenger and €29 per crew member.
Passengers from all over the world are expected to arrive in Cork this year. Cruiseships, with origins from the US, Canada, and Europe, will make 93 calls beginning and ending - on April 13 and November 1 respectively - with Ambassador Cruise Line’s Ambition.
