Cruise Europe attends Seatrade Global in Miami

Cruise Europe (CE) had its largest stand and attendance ever at Seatrade Global in Miami this April.

The three national pavilions of Estonia, Finland and Holland were hosted on the 200m2 stand as well as Bergen, Riga, Zeebrugge, Bremerhaven, Olden-Loen, TVG Travel, North Atlantic Agency and Wismar.

A good position ensured good footfall and there were numerous visitors throughout the three-day event.

What has become a fixture in the Seatrade week, the Cruise Europe reception, took place at the Shelborne South Beach Hotel on the Monday night where more than 300 guests attended.

In honour of Arnt Moller Pedersen, who is retiring after a long and successful tenure at Copenhagen Malmo Port, chairman Michael McCarthy, the CE council and volunteers joined managing director Jens Skrede in singing “My Arntie is over the ocean” written by Sirle Arro of Tallinn to wish him well (pictured).
