Hosted by Amsterdam and IJmuiden, delegates took the opportunity to network and learn from each other as well as cruise line executives. In addition the association agreed to appoint a managing director for the first time in its history.

Hamburg, 7 May 2010 - Cruise Europe has appointed a managing director for the first time in its 20-year history at a time when the European cruise arena is taking centre stage.
This year may be a lean one for Aarhus with only three calls booked but it is giving the Danish port ample time to prepare for 24 calls and 75,000 passengers in 2011.
