Passengers visiting Hardangerfjord next year will be able to visit the Norwegian Nature Centre which has been upgraded by Sarner International. Established in 1995 as the Hardangervidda Natursenter Eidfjord, it is re-opening in April 2018 with new installations and design based on the scientific expertise of Norwegian specialists.

The complete four billion year story behind Norway’s landscapes will be available in the wide-screen cinema and extra touch-screen and physical interactives will be on hand throughout the centre. Every topic is translated into 11 more languages as well as English and Norwegian.,

The Centre is located at the foot of the Voringsfossen waterfall where new platforms and security paths have been financed by the Norwegian Tourist Roads. The waterfall is the most popular natural tourist attraction in Norway and is a preferred shore excursion from both Eidfjord and Ulvik ports.
