While Inverclyde Council Chief Executive John Mundell said: “Clydeport have bucked the recent economic trend by growing their business and setting out a clear strategy for the future. We are working hard to regenerate Greenock town centre to provide a warm welcome to the thousands of visitors and crew members arriving on the cruise shps and we are happy to support the new marketing campaign for attracting more tourists to the Ocean Terminal at Greenock.”
