MSC MAGNIFICA from MSC CRUISES has scheduled its debut at Porto Cruise Terminal on Easter 2018. This call at the Port of Leixões will be the first turnaround operation of a large ship at the new Porto Cruise Terminal. MSC MAGNIFICA will arrive at Leixões on March 25 for a ‘6 Nights Msc Grand Voyages Cruise' departing from the Porto Cruise Terminal towards Hamburg also visiting La Coruna (Spain), Southampton (England) and Le Havre (France).
Emílio Brógueira Dias, President of the Port Authority of Leixões said: "This is the first turnaround operation of a large ship at Leixões only possible at our New Porto Cruise Terminal. We hope it will be the first of many others, boosting our fantastic terminal and its magnificent facilities, which will undoubtedly develop the Northern Region of Portugal ".
Eduardo Cabrita, the Portuguese MSC Cruises' General Director points out that "it is with great pride that MSC Cruises will be the first operator to carry out turnaround calls with embark at the magnificent Porto Cruise Terminal, recently named the Best Building of the Year".
