With 20 years’ experience of providing high standard service, BLB Cruises (part of BLB Tourisme) handles ground operations in 15 ports in northwestern France, from Calais to La Rochelle.
This year it serviced 123 calls with its biggest client being AIDA Cruises. Business is conducted mostly in English and French but all requested languages are catered for including Spanish, Italian, German and Russian.
“We provide all the services cruiseline companies need: a wide range of classical shore excursions, tailor-made tours, creative thematic trails, private tours, special big events and exciting walking experiences,” explained Axel Lebrun, tour manager.
Whilst not yet providing port agent services, the company does handle turnarounds: meet and greet, transfers, luggage handling, check-in, information and reservations including a concierge service.
