The Propeller Club of Le Havre held its 320ème
monthly meeting last week with a special focus on cruise development. Thierry
Dhal, Chairman of the Le Havre Propeller Club, welcomed the day’s guest Valerie
Dubuc, Cruise Project Director at the Le Havre Tourist Office. Dubuc emphasized
the economic impact of cruise industry and the growing cruise traffic at Le
Havre (+ 50 % within 2 years) pointing out that next year Le Havre will be a
turnaround port for Costa. Those positive perspectives were cheered up by the
attendees.
